Our process

We believe in an entrepreneurial approach. That is why we work in business-teams. Each team consists of a Mavin consultant and a representative of the client who is able to make decisions. The team works in close collaboration, and if needed on-site, with the client. Each team is responsible for the business objectives of their clients.

Discovery

Thorough analysis of the market, the competitors and the business area as a whole. The more insights we gather the better and more qualified decisions we make.

Compose

In close collaboration we create a detailed and ambitious plan. Together we prioritize and set goals and make sure it's realistic to reach them together.

Execute

This is where the magic happens and where we get our hands dirty. Short feedback loops and open communication is key to executing the strategy in a proper manner.

Optimize

Evaluation and improvement is as important as the previous step. In this phase, we measure the effect and performance of the solution and create proposals for future improvements.
